Hired the pokemon bouncy castle for my sons party and he absolutely loved it. A message the night before to arrange a time to drop off - a lovely gentleman came and set it up. He also gave it an extra clean before he went. A message on the day of collection with what pick up number we were. Excellent communication and two lovely men. Absolutely brilliant service, my boy and all children from the party loved the castle. We hire every year now and wouldnt dream of using anyone else. Super professional, safety and security is priority and super friendly staff. Great quality, fab hygiene too, the team go to great lengths to make everything perfect. We booked a Unicorn castle for our daughters birthday and she loved it,service from the moment we booked and the communication through out was great! Polite friendly staff,cleanliness was amazing! Will definetly be booking again.
